What this site measures

This page is about the toskar.ai website. The Toskar app is a separate matter: it keeps your chats, documents, and models on your computers, and sends nothing anywhere unless you turn on web search or connect an outside service.

Website analytics

toskar.ai uses PostHog to count visits and see which pages help people. It records the pages you open, the links and buttons you click (for example, copying an install command), the page you came from, your browser and device type, and an approximate location derived from your IP address. It does not record your screen, what you type, or your name or email, and this site has no forms or accounts.

PostHog stores a random identifier in your browser so repeat visits count once. Requests go through toskar.ai, and PostHog processes the data in the United States. If your browser sends Do Not Track, nothing is recorded.

Yeix

Links to setup and support go to yeix.io, the site of Yeix, which builds Toskar and provides support. Those links carry the name of the page you came from and, unless Do Not Track is on, your random PostHog identifier. yeix.io uses the same PostHog project, so a visit that starts here and ends with a request there counts as one visit. yeix.io removes the identifier from the address as the page loads, and has its own privacy terms for its contact forms.
